Low Carb “Hot” Fudge Sundae Ice Cream

Legendary Foods saw my previous ice cream using their toaster pastries and sent me a box of their Hot Fudge Sundae ones to try. This is the first time a company has ever rewarded me with free stuff! My vanilla fudge ripple recipe just got a major upgrade. These toaster pastries made something good really great!

Ingredients


Low Carb Sweet Cream Base
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
2 Legendary Foods Hot Fudge Sundae Toaster Pastries
ChocZero Honest Syrup, chocolate

Directions

  1. Cut the toaster pastries in large chunks and add to an empty ice cream container and place it in the refrigerator.

  2. Follow the instructions for the Low Carb Sweet Cream Base. Add the vanilla extract after the mix has cooled, if applicable. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. Follow your ice cream maker’s directions for making ice cream. Remove from the ice cream maker using a silicone spatula into the container. Pour a little ice cream into the container, add the chopped pastries and a ring of syrup, then repeat until the container is full. Freeze until solid.
